Raw Avocado-Chocolate Pudding


(Oh my God)
One avocado
one small (frozen) banana
2 TBSP (Raw) Agave Nectar
2 TBSP (Raw, cold-pressed) coconut oil
1/2 cup (Raw) cacao powder
1/2 tsp Nama Shoyu or Braggs aminos
pinch of salt


Mint Leaves if you please

1 (frozen) Banana

2 Cups raw almond milk

I add a tablespoon of vitamineral EARTH

A handful of spinach

1 tsp grated ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A vanilla bean (or a pinch of raw vanilla powder)

A pinch of cardamom

A dash of cayenne pepper

A pinch of nutmeg

A pinch of salt

A lil’ bit of stevia, a date, or a drizzle of Agave nectar
